1.  Registration
   Cogiton Group or our partner XING will send you a confirmation of your registration via email provided during online registration. If for some reason you do not receive it, please contact us on [email protected] or .
   Registration fee includes access to all sessions, lunches, refreshments and documentation. It does NOT include accommodation or travel expenses.
    
2. Substitution and Cancellation
   All substitutions and cancellations must be received in writing on email.
   Delegates are allowed to find subtitutes up to 24h to the event start with no extra charge.
   Alternatively we can provide delegates with a full credit voucher which can be used for any other Cogiton Group event.
   
   Cancellation refunds apply as follows:
   - 10 weeks and more prior to start of the event – 80% of the delegate fee or a full credit voucher for an alternative Cogiton Group event 
   - 3 to 10 weeks prior to start of the event – 60% off the delegate fee or a full credit voucher for an alternative Cogiton Group event
   - 3 weeks or less prior to start of the event - no refund
   Additional charge for a refund is 3,9% of the registration fee + €5 — Xing Events policy
    
3. Payments
   Payments should be made in advance and in EUR only, using a credit card or a bank transfer. Standard payment deadline is 10 days after registration date. Every delegate will receive a receipt to confirm the payment after it was processed.
    
4. Documentation
   Cogiton Group reserves the right to share the conference documentation with the event participants and other clients. 
   It includes the list of participants (no contact details), information about speakers and partners, presentations slides in pdf, photo gallery. Cogiton Group do not guarantee to provide all the presentations, our speakers reserve the right to keep them confidential.
    
5. Alterations to the programme
   Cogiton Group reserves the right to make changes to the conference content, format, speakers, timings or venue. In case of postponent or relocation of the event the contract between a delegate and Cogiton Group remains in force. The delegate who does not want to attend a re-arraged event will receive a full credit vouvher for future events. In the unlikely event the conference is cancelled by the organiser, a full refund will be made.
    
6. Data protection
   By registering for a conference delegates agree to receive information from Cogiton Group and other organisations associated with the event. The organizer can take photos or videos during the event for promotional puposes. If for some reason you do not wish to receive any communication or be recorder please send an email to [email protected].
    
7. Insurance
   Cogiton Group is not liable for any damage or loss during the event. Insurance cover related to the event participation is a delegate resposibility.
